WHY FITNESS?

Fitness not only means maintaining a good pair of biceps or  a six pack abs.It means being fit physically and mentally.It can save you from any kind of trauma or depression. All in one it can give you a healthy lifestyle.

HOW FITNESS?

Outdoor games: Play,jump,run,or dance,anything which makes you  robust is your goal. Emphasise more on being physically fit.

Workout :

Though it is not the ultimate guide of a healthy individual,but in order to maintain a robust figure and good shape of body , workout is necessary.

your daily workout should include minimum 20- 30 reps of push ups , squats , lunges, burpees, crunches. You should also include 1-2 mins of planks to your daily workout routine. if you want shredded type of body,workout regiment is necessary. I highly recommend daily workout routine atleast in this lockdown phase. And I guarantee you you can develop a good body texture if you workout daily for 30-40 mins.                                                        

Jogging :

This is the solemost solution to every person of every age group. Jogging improves your stability as well as endurance. It also protects you from a lot of cardiac problems. If you are a tennager or a middle - aged man, you will not understand it's significance,but if you meet any ageing man he would make you realise the importance of  jogging and cardio. A new study suggests that jogging helps older adults maintain their muscular efficiency more so than walking. Researchers at Humboldt State University and the University of Colorado, Boulder discovered the unexpected benefit of jogging in older adults by physiological testing adults while they exercised on a treadmill.

Protein diet :

Intake of protein is very essential for growth and development of body tissues. your body uses protien to build as well as repair tissues . By replacing carbs and fats with protien,you reduce the hunger hormone and boost a lot of satiety hormones. This leads to a major reduction in hunger and is main player in loosing weight.It can really help you become fit from fat. According to the International Society of Sports Nutrition, consuming protein any time up to two hours after your workout is ideal for building muscle mass ( 17 ). For the average person, resistance exercise and consuming sufficient protein are more important than timing protein intake ( 18 ).

Do You Really Need Protein Powder? Yes, your body absolutely needs protein. Especially if you're stepping it up with your workouts, you want to make sure you're getting the right amount throughout the day. But you can get plenty of protein from whole foods, so hold up before you start scooping powders and blending. 

Yoga : 

If you are not able to run or jog around nor you workout, then the ultimate solution is yoga.  Yoga not only makes you match ready to handle stress and anxiety but also makes you more flexible and you feel sportive and jolly. The art of practising yoga helps in controlling the mind and soul of the individual.It brings together physical and mental discipline at bay. So if you practice the art of yoga daily 15 -20 mins, believe me you will be a hard gainer in future nonetheless you continue with the habit.

Have faith in fitness, you will get the price  sooner or  later, but you will ultimately get the reward of your perseverence and patience.
