You're working out frequently. You're experiencing pump in your body. Your muscles are getting fatigued but still you're not able to achieve desired growth! 



Why is this happening?

Everyone got different body structure and design and hence need to get specific workout regimes based on your structure! 

EVERYONE CAN'T BENEFIT FROM A SINGLE REGIME! 

Diet also plays a lead role in your muscle growth. Diet has to be also customised according to body types. 


Body types and diet based on them:- 

1.Mesomorph body type:- 

People with a mesomorph body type tend to have a medium frame. They may develop muscles easily and have more muscle than fat on their bodies.

Mesomorphs are typically strong and solid, not overweight or underweight. Their bodies may be described as rectangular in shape with an upright posture.


What to eat if you've a mesomorph body type...

Proteins(on one third of your plate) They may include eggs meat fish dairy products etc. 

Whole grains :-

bread brown rice nuts and seeds. 


Let's come to the 2nd type that is Ectomorph body type:- 

Small body size, less fat, lean muscle mass.People who have this body type may be long and lean with little muscle mass. They may have difficulty gaining weight and muscle no matter what they eat or do in the gym.

Dietary requirements:- 

mainly you need to follow a keto diet as I had told earlier about it. 

Try practising intermittent fasting. 

Try to include more starch and grains in your diet. 


Endomorph body type:-

Endomorphs are said to have a higher percentage of body fat with less muscle mass. They’re often heavier and rounder.  Some people with endomorphic bodies struggle with weight loss. However, the key is understanding how your body type differs from other types and knowing what to eat and what not to eat

The endomorphic diet is most important of all to focus upon. Try to cut down on your calorie intake and try to burn fat through fastened cardio or HIIT on a regular basis. 


Dietary requirements:- 

The best diet for your body type may be one with a higher fat and protein intake and a lower carbohydrate intake.

This diet can help you lose body fat while keeping your energy level up.


Good sources of fat and proteins include: 

Egg yolk 

Fish

Walnut 

Cheese

Peanut butter.
